Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. Below is our returns policy for the Email Marketing Audit and the Email Blueprint course:

1. Email Marketing Audit:

   • We do not offer refunds for the Quick Email Marketing Audit. Once purchased, the audit is non-refundable.

2. Email Blueprint Course:

   • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Email Blueprint course under the following conditions:

     • The customer must provide evidence that they have completed all course modules and actively implemented the strategies taught.

     • If, after implementing these strategies, the customer sees no positive impact on their business within 30 days of completing the course, they are eligible for a refund.

     • To request a refund, the customer must contact us within 30 days of completing the course and provide documentation demonstrating their implementation efforts and lack of positive impact on their business.

Process for Refunds:

• Refund requests for the Email Blueprint course must be submitted via email to hello@quippybusiness.com.

• Upon receipt of the refund request and supporting documentation, we will review the case.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days to the original method of payment.

Note: Refunds are granted at our discretion and are subject to verification of the customer's fulfillment of the above conditions.
